Before you book

Waxing Policy

If you are currently under the care of a dermatologist using Retinol, Retin-A, Antibiotics, Benzoyl Peroxide, any form of Vitamin A or any other chemical exfoliants, we advise that you discontinue use of those products 7-10 days before being waxed.

If you are currently under the care of a dermatologist using Accutane, we advise you avoid waxing at this time. Please allow 6 months post treatment before waxing regularly again.

Services can be refused at the discretion of your esthetician if deemed unsafe for your skin.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 6 hours & No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
