HoneyGirl started with one room, one idea, and a lot of aloha spirit.
Founder Liana Belli — Marin native, frequent Hawaii visitor, and firm believer that great waxing shouldn’t feel like a medical appointment — opened her Mill Valley studio with a simple goal: she wanted to offer locals expert service with zero pretension. Years later, HoneyGirl is a full waxing studio and boutique on Sunnyside Ave., with a tight-knit team of experienced estheticians and a carefully curated shop stocked with clothing, accessories, and clean beauty products.
We’re a small team of experienced estheticians who genuinely love what we do — and genuinely love our clients. Most of them have been coming for years. Some of them feel like family. That’s exactly how we like it.

Liana
Liana Belli grew up in Marin and kept finding herself in Hawaii — drawn to the ease of it, the warmth, the sense that great service didn’t have to feel precious. She brought that feeling home to Mill Valley, opened a single wax room on East Blithedale, and let word of mouth do the rest. HoneyGirl has been on Sunnyside Ave ever since.

Sharing Our Space
Carly is an independent hair stylist based out of our studio who we’re very happy to have around. She trained at Vidal Sassoon, spent years at Di Pietro Todd, and served as Head of Color Education at Cooper Alley Salon. Twenty-three years in, she specializes in blondes, mature hair, K-tips, and smoothing treatments, with a reputation for color that looks natural, effortless, and completely tailored to you.
